The Team

Jermaul Williams
Founder, CEO, President
Native to Newark, New Jersey, Master Barber (1996), barbershop owner (1996), community leader (2022), originator of It's All About The Senior and Kids, devoted father. Jermaul's aspiration to give back to the community came with the passion to give someone a positive feeling and physical view of themselves with grooming tips and a haircut. Many different approaches were discovered to deliver education for grooming in personal hygiene and uplifting one's inner self. He knew that "If you look good you feel good and when you feel good you look good." Not in the sense of vanity, but in the essence of helping to boost one's self-esteem. He became the link to those that needed help by mentoring and enlightening those in need.
